EVENT DETAILS:
1/8th Mile Drags race meet.
Drags will be run Chicago Shootout format, 3 rounds of qualifying & 3 rounds of racing, finals to follow.
TROPHIES will be put up, based on sponsorship and number of entries in each category.
RAINOUT / CANCELLATION:
Where an event has commenced, no money will be refunded if the event has ceased due to adverse weather conditions or any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Ironbark Raceway.
EFTPOS is available.
Canteen & Bar will be operating.
Gates will be open for spectator entry from 12.00NOON Saturday 31st May
RACER / DRIVER FEES:
Gate Entry $10 / person (aged 14 and over)
Drag Racing Competitor Entry Fee $80.00 plus $10 gate entry.
Racers day licence will be required, unless you hold a current annual Racers licence. This licence can be purchased online.

NOTE: Gate Entry of $10 /person is payable on top of ANY and ALL nomination / site fee’s. (The $10 driver gate entry is included when entering online)

Clubman day licence $50.00
Clubman annual licence $95.00
National Racing day licence $60.00

ONLINE NOMINATIONS:
Nominations WILL be accepted up until 11am on Saturday 31st
CLOTHING & PPE REQUIREMENTS:
Long sleeve shirt and pants required.
AUS/NZ safety standards helmet .
Enclosed shoes are required by all drivers, passengers & crew.
FORMAT:
Gates will be open from 10:00am, this is for competitor race teams only. (If earlier time is required please contact us).
Approximate layout details as below, further details of event layout will be released closer to event date.
Driver Sign-on – commence from 10am
Scrutineering – commence from 11 am
Drag Racing Competition – commence from 1pm
Competition will run round for round, timing will depend on number of entrants in each competition.
SPECTATOR ENTRY:
Gate Entry $10 / person aged 14 and over
NOTE: ANYONE AND EVERYONE INCLUDING DRIVERS & RIDERS (14 AND OVER) ARE REQUIRED TO PAY THE $10.00 GATE ENTRY FEE.

CAMPING:
$5 per night per vehicle or entrant (not per person).
Camping available from Friday 30th May, gates will be locked from midday Sunday 1st June

ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL TO BE OPENED OR CONSUMED IN PITS WHILE EVENT IS IN PROCESS.
